As part of your application, please follow the steps below:

Download the application form: To apply for the workshop, click the button below to download the application form (Word document).

Once downloaded, fill out the form on your computer. If you don't have Microsoft Word Office on your computer, you can open and fill out the form online in Google Docs and then save the document on your computer.

Complete the online form: Below, you will find a short online form. Please fill in the required details and upload the completed application form.

Submit your dance video: Attach a short dance video along with your application. If the video file size exceeds 15MB, you can send it via email to info@praguesummerballet.com (for Europe and America) or majlinballetstudio@gmail.com (for Asia).
Note: If your dance video file is too large for the form or email, you can upload it as an unlisted video on YouTube or use any file-sharing service. Provide the link for viewing or downloading in the comments section of the online form below on this page.

Terms and conditions
Conditions for participating in the workshop:

Age: 14 - 20 years (after consultation, other age categories can be accepted).

Basic knowledge of classical ballet technique for intermediate level.

Strong knowledge of classical ballet technique for advanced level.

Participants are obliged to provide for their own health insurance.

Participants are aware that classes can be photographed or recorded on video for publicity purposes of Prague Summer Ballet.

Payment of 100% of the price must be made by bank transfer to the account listed here on the website by May 31, 2024.
