your first and last name, age, your experience with ballet, or info about school you attend + your phone number and email address.
In the case of a younger participants, we will also need a first and last name of the parent or responsible person/guardian and their phone number and email address as well.

Terms and conditions
Conditions for participating in the workshop:

Age: 14 - 20 years (after consultation, other age categories can be accepted).

Basic knowledge of classical ballet dance.

Participants are obliged to provide for their own health insurance.

Payment of 50% of the price must be made by bank transfer to the account listed here on the website by May 31, 2023.

100% of the total amount until June 17, 2023.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation of the workshop by the organizer:

100% of the total amount will be refunded to the participant.
In case of cancellation by participant:

100% will be refunded if they give 51 or more days notice.

80% 50 to 31 days in advance.
-
60% 30 to 4 days in advance.
-
3 days before the start of the workshop, the participant loses the right to a refund (the exception is serious health or other reasons).
